My online coaching is a custom-made training program to help you achieve your goals.
In order to progress in your handstand training you need to also develop your flexibility, your strength and your mobility. That is why my online coaching plans are always designed to be a full body workout.
How does it work?
I am going to send you a training plan that will be adjusted and revised every two weeks.
You get a written practice plan and all exercises are explained through videos.
Every second week you need to send me videos of your exercises, and I am going to give you detailed written feedback. I am going to tell you what to improve, what to pay specific attention to and what to avoid doing. Written feedback has proven to be the best, as you can refer to it throughout the week in your training sessions. However if you prefer to get feedback in a video call that is possible too.
Before we start I am going to ask you to send me a few diagnostic videos that give me an idea of where your handstand practice and your mobility are at. In an initial video call to meet you, you should also be able to tell me what your goals are, what your practice looks like in the past and present and whether you have any injuries.
